This coastal apartment, situated within a beautifully restored Victorian building in Filey, East Yorkshire, underwent a full interior renovation. Previously serving as an old people's home, the property has been converted into luxury apartments that retain the historic character of the building, with high ceilings, large sash windows and period architectural details.

The layout was carefully reconfigured to maximise natural light and enhance functionality. The comprehensive refurbishment included new plumbing and electrical systems, complete redecoration, bespoke joinery and a full FF&E package. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, a family bathroom, a living room, an orangery, and a custom-fitted kitchen.
